Data and purposes
We process account identifiers and saved choices to provide the service; contact name, email, verification code and message to answer enquiries and prevent abuse; and, only with consent, pseudonymous usage events to improve the product. Public marketplace listing data is shown for search, comparison and change tracking.
Legal bases
Service operation and saved preferences: performance of the requested service and legitimate interests in operating it. Contact enquiries and abuse prevention: steps requested by you and legitimate interests in responding and securing the service. Optional analytics: consent, which can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the service.
Recipients, transfers and security
Necessary processors support the service: a European hosting provider, Cloudflare for DNS, security and Turnstile verification, Sentry for error monitoring, and an email provider for verification and contact delivery. Sentry is configured not to send default personal information. Providers may process limited technical connection data under their own or processor terms; appropriate safeguards are used where processing occurs outside the EEA. We use access controls, encryption in transit and data minimisation.
Retention
Optional analytics events and contact messages are retained for no more than 90 days. Contact verification codes expire after 10 minutes. Saved searches, notes and review decisions remain until the account is deleted. Account holders can export or delete their data from the Account page. Server backups may retain deleted data for a short backup cycle.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to legitimate-interest processing, or withdraw consent. You may complain to Latvia's Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, dvi.gov.lv). Use the Contact page to exercise a right.
Listing sources
Listings may contain information published by sellers on the source marketplace. The service preserves source data for search and change tracking. Contact details are not exposed beyond what the source listing publicly provides. Report outdated or inappropriate information through Contact.
